Youth in Action Organization (YAO) is a Youth-led, non-profit humanitarian and development organization founded by passionate youth and development professionals from Marginalized areas of Sudan. Since 2017, we have worked relentlessly to empower youth.

As Executive Director of Youth in Action Organization (YAO), Ibrahim leads our mission with a deeply rooted belief that sustainable development and protection start from within the community. Under his leadership, YAO continues to bridge the gap between vital international support and localized, impactful action—ensuring that every child, youth, and family in our targeted regions has a safe space to grow, learn, and thrive.
Through strategic partnerships and unwavering dedication from the frontlines, he is steering YAO toward a future where community resilience is not just a goal, but a reality.
